The delicious dip is creamy and crunchy and is perfect for chips, pitas, crackers and any other carb you want to load it onto. Make it up the day before for the best flavour.

Yield: 3 cups dip
Ingredients
1 cup mayonaise
1 cup sour cream
1 cup minced water chestnuts
1/2 red onion, minced
1 pkg vegetable soup mix
500g frozen spinach, thawed and drained
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Refrigerate until your ready to eat. Serve with bread, chips, crackers, pitas or chopped fresh veggies.
