Dalgona Iced Coffee

Zhuzh your coffee up for a fancy breakfast with family and friends. This takes no time at all.

Prep Time: 5 min

Cook time: 1 min

Yield: 1-2 servings


  • 2 tbsp instant coffee powder

  • 1 tbsp sugar and more to taste

  • 2 tbsp boiling water

  • 2 cups almond milk (or any kind of milk)

  • Bailey's to taste (optional)

  • Ice (optional)

  • Use a hand mixer for this one


  • Add instant coffee, sugar and boiling water to a bowl and use your hand mixer to whip it up to until fluffy and creamy (think buttercream).

  • Add more sugar to taste and keep whipping. Keep in mind that this will be bitter until you add it to the milk.

  • Add milk to a glass over ice. Add mixture to the top. Pour some baileys on top (optional).

  • Serve and let your guests mix and enjoy.

Zhuzh it up!

  • Add a powdered spice into the mix before whipping it up. We tried this with pumpkin spice and ... oh my goodness!

  • Serve this with Pesto Eggs over Sourdough bread and WOW your guests. Careful! They will keep coming back.
