Chocolate Bark

Use chocolate and toppings of your choice - the options are endless! We're sure this treat will disappear quickly off the holiday dessert table!

Ingredients

  • 2 large chocolate bars of any kind (dark, milk, white or any combination).

  • 1 cup of toppings, chopped small, such as dried fruit and nuts.

Directions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler on the stove top, or in the microwave (30 sec intervals, stirring after each until melted).

  2. Spread the chocolate on a parchment lined baking sheet or plate. Scatter toppings while chocolate is warm.

  3. Refrigerate until firm, and break into pieces.

Zhuzh it up!

  • To make the White Chocolate Matcha bark (pictured above), melt white chocolate for your bark. Separate a few tablespoons of melted chocolate, pleace in a small bowl. Mix 1 tsp (or to taste) of Matcha powder in the chocolate until smooth. Instead of toppings, drizzle the white chocolate bark with green Matcha chocolate and swirl with a tooth pick. Finish with orange zest.
