No wonder Brazil calls this their national drink. Get yourself a good bottle of cachaça, limes and sugar. Three ingredients and you have yourself this delicious cocktail.

Serves: 4 (okay ... maybe 2)
Ingredients
10 limes
5 tbsp sugar (and more to rim your glasses)
1-1 1/2 cups cachaça
Directions
Wash limes. Juice 6 of the limes, and slice 4 more.
Remove seeds.
Muddle sliced limes in a pitcher with sugar.
Add lime juice and cachaça.
Pour over ice in sugar-rimmed glasses.
Zhuzh it up
If you have fallen in love with this drink like we have, take the extra time to cut out the bitter white pith of the limes and the drink will be ever so more memorable.
