A bubbly & fresh cocktail with a ginger beer bite.
In a rocks glass add:
1 oz favourite whiskey or bourbon
1 honey lime ice cube (see below)
200mL ginger beer
Honey Lime Ice:
Stir 2 tbsp honey into 4 tbsp hot water until evenly mixed
Slice a lime in half and then slice each half into thin slices.
Arrange lime slices in an ice cube tray and fill with honey syrup.
Freeze & use in cocktails and drinks.
