What's a Caesar? A Canadian Bloody Mary, invented in our hometown of Calgary, AB!
First, get your glass ready, I like using a mason jar. Grind together celery seed, salt and pepper and place on a plate. Wet the rim of your glass with a lime wedge and invert the glass onto the plate with the salt mix to make the rim salty & sour. If possible, let dry.
Fill half your glass with ice. Then add 1-2oz vodka, 1-2 tsp Worcestershire sauce, and a few drops of Tabasco sauce. Fill with Clamato Juice, stir and add garnish.
