A booze-forward cocktail introduced to us by its creator, Natalie Migliarini.
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
Stir then strain over ice into a rocks glass.
Best enjoyed with a salted chocolate truffle.
2 oz favourite whiskey or bourbon
1/4 oz honey simple syrup
2 dashes chocolate bitters

Stir equal parts honey into hot water until evenly mixed
