Flavoured Whipped Cream

Quick and easy to make, this delicious whipped cream is great for pie, pancakes, in your coffee or right off the spoon. Whip this up and you'll never buy the pre-packaged stuff again!

Yield: 1+ cup


  • 1 cup whipping cream (33% fat or more)

  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla or other flavouring *See Zhuzh it up*


  1. Pour all ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Using the whisk attachment on an electric mixer, whisk the ingredients until the cream forms fluffy peaks.

  2. Serve immediately or transfer to a jar and keep in the fridge for up to a week, if you can keep yourself out of it for that long!

  • You can increase or decrease how much whipped cream you make, just keep the ratio as such: for every cup of cream add 1 tbsp of sugar and 1/2 tsp of flavouring.

  • Get creative with your flavours, alternatives include: cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, coconut or any other spice that compliments your baking!
