Cool as a Cucumber

Enjoy this zhuzhed-up gin & tonic with cucumber, mint and simple syrup.

 

Gin & Tarragon Sparkling Lemonade

Instructions:

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle two thick slices of peeled English cucumber, a few leaves of fresh mint, and 1 ounce simple syrup (or less syrup, to taste).

  2. Add 3 ounces gin and shake with ice.

  3. Strain into a rocks glass and top with 2 ounces tonic water or soda water.
