So good you'll be asking the bartender for another, and another...
Salt the rim of a glass, then add:
2 oz grapefruit juice
2 oz tequila
1/2 oz lime juice
1/3 oz simple syrup *with tarragon
2 oz club soda
Simple Syrup with Tarragon:
In a small saucepan combine: 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup sugar and a bunch of tarragon *or whatever fresh herb you choose. Heat and stir to dissolve sugar. Strain and keep syrup in a jar.
