A light and bubbly cocktail introduced to us by its creator, Natalie Migliarini.
Put gin, lemon juice and strawberry syrup in a flute or wine glass. Top with Prosecco.
1 oz gin
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz strawberry syrup
Prosecco
Strawberry syrup:
Chop 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
Add strawberries to a small saucepan with 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup honey or sugar. Simmer to dissolve the sugar, let sit to cool.
Strain and use in your favourite cocktails.
