Red Velvet Pancakes
A special sweet Valentine's Day breakfast, these pancakes are made with red velvet cake mix.

Yield: 4 servings
2 cups red velvet cake mix
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/4 cup milk or water
1 tbsp butter or oil for greasing the pan
Heat skillet on medium heat.
In a medium bowl whisk the egg and milk until combined. Add the cake mix and all-purpose flour. Mix for 2-3 minutes until the batter is fluffy.
Add a bit of butter or oil to the skillet. Add approx. 1/4 cup batter to the pan, watch for bubbles to appear on the top (about 1 min) and then flip it over. Continue to cook for another minute and remove from the pan.
Zhuzh it up!
