Don't throw away those potato peels! Instead, enjoy these delicious and easy air fryer chips and stretch that grocery dollar just a little bit farther.

Yield: approx. 2 servings
Ingredients
peels from 2 pounds (900g) of potatoes (or whatever amount you've got - just adjust the amount of seasoning)
1 tbsp oil
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon paprika
salt and black pepper
Directions
Preheat the air fryer to 400F / 200c.
Give your potatoes a good scrub and then peel.
Place your potato peels in a large bowl. Add the oil and seasonings and toss together well.
Place the peelings in the air fryer basket or tray. Set to cook for 10 minutes. Note: depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to do more than one batch.
Stir the peels a couple of times during cooking and check for doneness from 8 minutes. The chips should be golden brown and crispy.
Zhuzh it up!
Mix up those seasonings and spices to flavour these any way you like. Try the chips dipped in a garlic aioli or siracha mayo.
