Small ramekin with horseradish sauce whisked together in it

This horseradish sauce is quick to whip up and goes great with grilled meats, as a dip for sweet potato fries or even as a sauce base on a pizza. The possibilities are endless! This nice small batch size lets you test it out & make it fresh each time you'll want to use it.

Prep Time: 10 min

Cook time: N/A

Yield: 1/4 cup

Ingredients

  • 20g sour cream

  • 10g mayonnaise

  • 15g horseradish

  • 1/2 tbsp hot sauce

  • 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced or grated

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together.

  2. Use right away or store in the fridge in a sealed mason jar for 5 days.

Zhuzh it up!

  • Change up the flavour by substituting salad dressing or miracle whip for the mayonnaise, or use a different mustard!

  • Experiment with the spice level by adding more/less hot sauce and change up the hot sauce you use! My favourite is Cholula Original Hot Sauce, what's yours?
