This horseradish sauce is quick to whip up and goes great with grilled meats, as a dip for sweet potato fries or even as a sauce base on a pizza. The possibilities are endless! This nice small batch size lets you test it out & make it fresh each time you'll want to use it.

Cook time: N/A
Yield: 1/4 cup
20g sour cream
1/2 tbsp hot sauce
1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
2 cloves garlic, minced or grated
Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together.
Use right away or store in the fridge in a sealed mason jar for 5 days.
Zhuzh it up!
Change up the flavour by substituting salad dressing or miracle whip for the mayonnaise, or use a different mustard!
Experiment with the spice level by adding more/less hot sauce and change up the hot sauce you use! My favourite is Cholula Original Hot Sauce, what's yours?
