Warning, once you try this sauce, you will have to have it every single time your BBQ chicken. It's tangy, creamy and has just the right amount of zip to it. This recipe is written for a single serving but it can be scaled up to be made by the bucket load.

Yield: 1/2 cup Sauce
Ingredients
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tbsp orange juice
1/4 tsp horseradish
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
2 shakes Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Whisk together all the ingredients in a bowl.
Serve with BBQ chicken.

It can be a lot of fun to play around with the vinegar, or citrus juice, or mustard and see what flavours you like the best.
This sauce can be made and stored for up to 2 weeks in a sealed jar in the fridge.
