Whiskey One Hundred

A bubbly & fresh cocktail with a ginger beer bite.

In a rocks glass add:

• 1 oz favourite whiskey or bourbon

• 1 honey lime ice cube (see below)

• 200mL ginger beer​​​​

Honey Lime Ice:

• Stir 2 tbsp honey into 4 tbsp hot water until evenly mixed

• Slice a lime in half and then slice each half into thin slices.

• Arrange lime slices in an ice cube tray and fill with honey syrup.

• Freeze & use in cocktails and drinks.
